Dental Hygienist
GDC no. 279141
Originally from Wales, Ayesha qualified as a Dental Hygienist from UCLH Eastman Dental Hospital in London in 2025. Before this, she spent eight years working as a dental nurse, gaining extensive experience in orthodontics, sedation, endodontics and periodontal care, as well as mentoring trainee nurses. Alongside her clinical training, she studied philosophy with a focus on biomedical ethics—an interest that continues to inform her holistic, patient‑centred approach to dentistry.
Calm, considerate and highly attentive, Ayesha is especially popular with younger patients, those who feel anxious about treatment and individuals with additional or special needs who benefit from her patient, reassuring approach. She is passionate about periodontal health and its wider impact on systemic wellbeing, which drives her commitment to helping patients improve not only their oral health but also their confidence and overall quality of life. She is eager to pursue postgraduate training in periodontology, further deepening her expertise in managing and treating complex periodontal conditions.
Outside of work, Ayesha enjoys a peaceful countryside life with her husband and their three cats. Her passion for animal welfare inspired her to complete additional training in veterinary nursing assistance, reflecting her caring nature toward all beings—furry or not—both inside and outside the clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys horse riding, fishing, clay shooting and off‑road driving. She’s also an avid fan of live music, especially rock and metal, and often travels to festivals and concerts.
Ayesha has a keen interest in true crime documentaries and is drawn to gothic aesthetics, medical history and apothecary traditions, finding inspiration in exploring historical curiosities alongside her love of good food and music.
Ayesha speaks English fluently and communicates confidently in Welsh.
